By accessing or using CalcsVault at calcsvault.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors and users.

CalcsVault is a free browser-based utility platform providing 65+ calculators across finance, trading, health, education, Islamic categories, and football tools, along with informational articles and guides. The Service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising revenue. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You may use CalcsVault for lawful personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to: reproduce or resell any part of the Service without written permission; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data; attempt to interfere with, hack, or overload our servers; harvest personal information from the Service; upload or submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.

ALL calculators and tools are provided for informational and educational purposes ONLY. Results do not constitute financial, investment, medical, legal, or religious advice. Loan and mortgage figures are estimates — always consult a qualified financial advisor before any financial decision. BMI and health results are general indicators — consult a healthcare provider for medical advice. Prayer times are algorithmically calculated and may differ from your local mosque — always verify locally. Forex and trading calculators, including the Football penalty shootout game, are educational and entertainment tools — real trading involves significant risk and you may lose money. Zakat and Islamic finance calculations follow standard scholarly methodology but individual circumstances vary — consult a qualified Islamic scholar for a personal ruling.

CalcsVault relies on free public APIs including: Aladhan API (aladhan.com) for prayer times and Hijri calendar; OpenStreetMap Nominatim for geocoding; open.er-api.com for live currency rates; and TheSportsDB (thesportsdb.com) for football match schedules and scores. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or uptime of these services. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

CalcsVault uses Google AdSense and may use other third-party advertising networks. By using the Service you acknowledge that: third-party advertisers including Google may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history; CalcsVault does not control the content of advertisements displayed; you may opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com or optout.networkadvertising.org; CalcsVault is not responsible for any products or services advertised on the site.

Features such as Prayer Times and Qibla Finder may request your device's geographic location. By granting permission: your coordinates are transmitted directly to third-party APIs solely to return the result you requested; CalcsVault does not receive, log, or store your location on any server; you may deny location access at any time and use manual city search as an alternative.

CalcsVault lets visitors publish articles via the /articles/write page. Articles are published immediately and shown publicly on the Articles section for every visitor — there is no pre-publication review. By submitting an article you confirm: you own the content or have the right to publish it; it is original, accurate to your knowledge, and does not infringe the rights of others or break any law; you grant CalcsVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and reformat the content on the Service. Do not include private contact details, financial account information, or other sensitive personal data in an article or author name, as this is published publicly. CalcsVault may remove any article at any time, with or without prior notice, if it violates these Terms or our content guidelines (including restricted words, spam, plagiarism, or harassment); where practical, the submitter is shown a reason for removal on the My Articles page. Since CalcsVault has no account system, the ability to edit or delete your own article depends on a private reference kept in your browser — if you clear your browser data or switch devices, you may lose the ability to remove it yourself and should contact us instead.

If you submit a star rating or written review on a calculator page or the Reviews page, the name and text you enter are intentionally public. By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain illegal, defamatory, or abusive content. Reviews are stored locally in your browser as described in our Privacy Policy and may be moderated or removed at our discretion.

The CalcsVault name, logo, branding, design, and original content are the exclusive property of CalcsVault. You are granted a limited non-exclusive revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CalcsVault does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalcsVault and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including: financial losses from reliance on calculator results; loss of profit or data; any harm arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This applies regardless of the legal theory and even if CalcsVault was advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms at any time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
