What we publish

CalcsVault publishes free online calculators and educational guides about personal finance, trading, health, education and Islamic finance. Everything on the site is general information. It is not financial, tax, legal, medical or religious advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional.

How our calculators are built

Each calculator uses a standard, publicly known formula, and the formula is explained on the calculator's page together with a worked example, so you can check the result by hand. Calculations run in your browser; the values you type are not sent to our servers. Where a calculator needs live data (for example exchange rates), the page says so.

How our guides are written and checked

Each guide answers one specific question and includes worked examples. We recompute every number used in an example independently before publishing, and we correct any figure that does not match. When a guide refers to a rule or recommendation from an official body (for example a health authority, a financial regulator or a standards organisation), we describe it in our own words and encourage you to confirm the current wording with the source, because rules change.

Islamic finance guides explain widely accepted methods and note where scholars differ. They are not fatwas. For your own situation, ask a qualified scholar.

Community articles

Visitors can submit articles. Every submission is reviewed before it is published, usually within 24 hours. We may edit, reject or remove a submission, for example if it is copied from another source, promotional, misleading or unsafe. Opinions in community articles belong to their authors.

Advertising and independence

CalcsVault is free to use. Advertising may be shown through Google AdSense, only after you accept optional cookies. Advertisers cannot pay for placement in our content, and ads never change what a calculator calculates. We do not publish sponsored articles and we do not use affiliate links.

Corrections and updates

Each guide shows its publication date. If you find a mistake, email support@calcsvault.com or use the contact page, and tell us which page and figure you mean. We review reports promptly, correct confirmed errors and update guides when the underlying rules or figures change.
